The Mafia wants to buy Pop's downtown karate studio in an area planned for redevelopment. They get Pinky and his thugs to pressure Pop into selling, but accidentally kill him. The karate students call the kung-fu expert, , for help. Pop's daughter, Sydney, refuses to sell the building. and Sydney, who is also a martial arts expert, ward off the attackers.
