Blessed with an imaginative style, director David Lynch has created dreamlike films such as Eraserhead and Blue Velvet. This documentary includes interviews with Mel Brooks and Lynch's friends and workmates. Throughout, Lynch comes across like an off-kilter Mr. Rogers far removed from his neighborhood. Lynch is shown on the set of the film Lost Highway and in Prague with Angelo Badalamenti, his frequent musical collaborator.
