Officer Khorasani believes in law and order. After his transfer to Tehran, he intends to capture a thief named Jafar. Meanwhile, Khorasani's sister becomes acquainted with Jafar's brother. The young man's family visit Khorasani to ask for his sister's hand. Jafar tries to avoid a face to face encounter with the police officer in the preliminary meetings. But the unavoidable encounter occurs at the wedding ceremony , and officer Khorasani hands Jafar over to the police after the wedding.
