Perry Mason: Uninterested in her recently inherited fortune, aspring singer and heiress Amy Jo Jennings is easy prey for a slimy agent seeking financial backing for his latest project. He agrees to see to it that she gets the lead role in a touring musical comedy provided that she puts up $50,000.00. The agent actually plans to abscond with Amy Jo's money but before he can make tracks he's found dead after a party. Poor ole Amy Jo is charged with the death.
