Kevin realizes Jana is talking to someone at the coffee house, and it turns out to be Alex. Alex threatens Kevin to be nicer to him, or he'll speak about their past. Alex demands $10,000 from Daniel or he'll tell Lily the entire truth. Daniel thinks he can't prove it, but Alex shows him he's been taping their conversation. Victoria informs Nikki about Victor's epilepsy. Victor informs Jack about his condition. Later, Nikki is happy that Victor is taking his medication, but it turns out he switched the pills with some aspirin.
