They have been doing this system for a long time so leave the decision to them. I really recommend this show to everyone that is open minded. It is probably best for young adults. If you are a cheerleader/dancer/enthusiast/athlete, then you will definitely love this show! The reason I watch it is because my girlfriend is a cheerleader and she also watches it, we love watching it together!$
