Hell Girl: Sumire, Yayoi's sister is missing. From then, Yayoi constantly hears the sound of bubbles from underwater. Eventually, she realizes that her sister is dead. She can't go on the Hotline To Hell because she doesn't know who the killer is. Yayoi blames herself for Sumire's death because she went missing on a particular day that Yayoi didn't walk home together with her. Yayoi then falls into a fountain and saw visions of what had happened to her sister. Sumire was kidnapped, raped, killed and then was dumped into a lake. Yayoi knows the killer's identity and sends him to Hell as revenge.
