Justin Warner draws on his mastery of the culinary sciences to deconstruct and reinvent Crab Louie, while Italian meatball maestro Rocco DiSpirito takes on a cocktail party staple, Swedish Meatballs. Marc Murphy elevates the ordinary with his Lobster Truffle Pot Pie, and Jonathan Waxman updates the classic Chateaubriand au Marchand du Vin and puts his own spin on the Manhattan cocktail.
